What kind of files do you accept?
300 or higher dpi .jpg, .psd, .ai, or .eps. This will make your order go into production much faster and efficiently.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. Please note that all credit card transactions over $250.00 come with a 3.5% processing fee.
Is there a down payment required to start an order?
Yes. Sticker orders require 100% of the payment upfront while all other orders require a 50% deposit in order to begin. 50% is required upon completion and pick-up/shipped.
